Food labels informs consumers about the nutrition in food & allows them to make purchase decisions based on nutrition.

Step 1: Don’t Panic!!

Easier said than done …I know from personal experience.  Panicking is exactly what I did immediately after I hung up the phone with my doctor and received my allergy diagnosis almost ten years ago.
